Unlocking Your Child's Potential with the Real-Life Skills They Need
Raising teens is complex! Whether your child attends public school, private school, or you are a homeschool family, you might want to outsource some of their learning to ensure they are prepared with well-rounded skills for life.
At LifeSkills Point, expert teachers and coaches come together to empower tweens, teens and young adults, helping them develop skills they need to succeed. Our educators offer both small-group workshops and individual coaching.
LifeSkills Point offers engaging, hands-on activities for kids and youth in a broad range of small-group and 1:1 educational workshops. We focus on practical habits, tips and strategies that teens and young adults can use in real life.
Our programs are for ages 10 and up in homeschool settings, weekend and evening workshops, and after-school programs.
Whether your child is a tween struggling with ADHD, a high schooler preparing for college, or simply a young graduate trying to understand "Adulting 101," LifeSkills Point is here to help unlock your child's potential with necessary skills to reach their peak and succeed in school, career and life!

Co-Founder
Anh
Anh (ICF, ACC) is an ICF-Certified Legacy Coach who helps people focus on what really matters - whether that’s going after dreams, building healthy habits that last, or making more time for the things they love.
A first-generation immigrant from Vietnam, Anh knows what it’s like to face challenges, start over, and build the skills to thrive - without losing sight of who you are. Anh loves guiding both youth and adults through their own journeys of transformation, helping them grow into the best version of themselves.
When not coaching, Anh enjoys learning new languages, gardening and propagating plants (so many beautiful plants!), or trying new recipes from around the world.
Our Story
A few years ago, two church friends with teenage sons in the North Houston area began having conversations about raising their children to be prepared for real life, when they graduated and went off to college and careers.
Those conversations became serious discussions about the preparation of today's youth for a quickly changing world, in which colleges and employers alike value soft skills above many areas of quantifiable knowledge. Many parents in our social circles lamented that their children struggled with social skills, interpersonal communication, practical knowledge like financial literacy, and other life skills. Parents expressed concerns that school systems - both private and public - were not able at this time to devote enough time to these topics for students to develop these skills.
Young people need a variety of life skills to be successful, whether in their relationships, academic studies or professional careers. LifeSkills Point was thus born to address this gap in today's educational system.
We offer practical, hands-on programs in which teens and young adults can develop and practice essential life skills that they will need throughout their educational and career journeys.
